Integration with other standards

Organizations that have already developed a Quality Management System and have achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification may choose to integrate their QMS with other Management Systems. In many cases, this saves companies a great deal of time, work and money.

ISO 14000 Certification
ISO 14001 is an international standard that specifies a process for controlling and improving a company's environmental performance.
The standard does not establish absolute requirements for environmental performance; instead it places the responsibility for environmental performance with the organization.

OHSAS 18000 Certification
The OHSAS specification gives requirements for an occupational health and safety management system, to enable an organization to control its OH&S risks and improve its performance. It was developed to be compatible with both the ISO9001 and ISO14001 management systems

ISO 17025:2005 Accreditation
ISO 17025 specifies the general requirements for the competence to carry out tests and/or calibrations, including sampling. It covers testing and calibration performed using standard methods, non-standard methods, and laboratory-developed methods.
It is applicable to all organizations performing tests and/or calibrations. These include, for example, first-, second- and third-party laboratories, and laboratories where testing and/or calibration forms part of inspection and product certification.
